Known as Jet Boat Engineering since 1977, Fire Hawk Performance Boats emerged in 1996 as an offshore performance boat builder. With vessels capable of over 100 miles per hour, Fire Hawk Performance Boats used the popular and stable catamaran hull design for many of their fastest watercraft. Fire Hawk Performance Boats operated out of Oklahoma until their final production year in 2004.
