Solara Boats was founded by the same family that once operated Ranger tugboat. Producing luxury bow riders and cuddy cruisers in Kent, Washington, Solara Boats started producing vessels for the 2002 model year. Building 22-foot watercrafts powered by stern drive propulsion, Solara Boats were manufactured for only a short period concluding in 2007.
