A brand within General Motors boasting a unique customer experience and vehicle engineering, Saturn enters 1998 with three models revolving around the same platform. The 1998 Saturn range consists of the SC two-door coupe, SL sedan and the SW wagon all residing on a 102.4-inch wheelbase. For vehicles built within this year, changes to the Saturn products include improvements have been made to reduce powertrain noise. Redesigned last year, the Saturn SC two-door models are enhanced by a re-engineered suspension. Buyers of red and white 1998 Saturn SC2 can opt to add a special package. Black-accented roof and outer mirrors, special alloy wheels and white gauge cluster are part of this limited-run package.
