Consisting of four vehicles for 2002, the Infiniti brand features a product line exploring modern luxury with a sport-oriented twist. Leading the premium make into a modernized expression of Infiniti, the flagship Q45 model is completely new. Upgraded with a bolder but mature new look, the 2002 Infiniti Q45 is longer than the previous generation model. A 340-horsepower V-8 engine feeds power through a more refined automatic transmission with five gears. Infiniti's dedication to winning over customers of mid-sized premium sedans has been strengthened in 2002 with the new I35. The Infiniti I35 succeeds the I30 with a larger 255-horsepower 3.5-liter engine (generating 28 more horsepower than the sedan it replaces). Buyers of the 2002 Infiniti G20 can now choose a new Sport Package. The G20 Sport Package adds leather seating and special 16-inch wheels. Starting in 2002, the QX4's optional rear seat entertainment system is now available with a DVD player.
