Changes within the 2003 Chrysler brand are largely situated around adding sport flavoring to the vehicle line-up. The retro-styled PT Cruiser gains a major boost in momentum for 2003 with the debut of a turbocharged engine. Found in the all-new 2003 PT Turbo, a 2.4-liter turbocharged powerplant generates 2015 horsepower and 245 pound-feet of torque. A five-speed manual gearbox or an automatic with AutoStick is offered with the Chrysler PT Turbo. The coupe version of the 2003 Sebring is the sole recipient of an exterior and interior restyle that includes a more sophisticated grille treatment. Several trim and equipment changes have been made to the 2003 Chrysler minivan line-up. An optional power sunroof is available on select Chrysler Town & Country minivans for 2003. Available on the Town & Country as well as the Voyager later in the 2003 model year is power adjustable pedals. The Chrysler Concorde and 300M are largely unchanged for 2003.
