A carry-over from 2007, the Aveo is a four-door five-passenger compact car offered in two trim levels – the LS and LT. Both feature a 1.6-liter 16 valve four-cylinder engine that generates 103 horsepower linked to a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic and both come nicely equipped. For 2008, the upscale Chevy Aveo LT sedan gets chrome door handles, and an available Power Package, which includes power windows and locks and remote keyless entry. New-design 15-inch alloy wheels are available across the lineup. Also, the sedan's suspension has been retuned with a firmer setting for more precise handling.
