Special features for 2009

Audi's permanent Quattro® All-Wheel Drive is standard, allowing for up to 65% of the engine's power to go to the front wheels and up to 85% to go to the rear wheels when needed. The Q5 encompasses all the elegance of safety of other Audi models while being agile and sporty.

Making its debut in 2009, the all-new Audi Q5 crossover blends the handling of a sport sedan with the versatility of a wagon, while competing with small SUVs on the market. Powered by a 3.2L V6 engine generating 270 hp and 243 lb-ft of torque, paired to a 6-speed tiptronic automatic transmission, the Q5 features Audi's quattro all-wheel drive, which distributes power asymmetrically and dynamically among all four wheels. Accommodating five passengers, the Q5 is the first Audi to offer its Generation 3 Multi Media Interface system to control audio, navigation, suspension, and other functions. Available safety features include antilock brakes, traction control, antiskid system, front-side airbags, curtain-side airbags and rear-side airbags. Options include three-zone climate control, a navigation system with real-time traffic information, keyless entry, a rearview camera, a power tailgate and a wireless cell phone link.
