No longer available with the W12 engine, the 2010 Audi A8L is powered by a 4.2L V8 generating 350 hp. Quattro AWD and a six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission help put the power down and push the A8L to 23 mpg on the highway, not bad for a car this large. Daytime LED running lights are now standard for 2010. The A8L is loaded with standard safety features such as ABS, LED brake lights for increased brightness, electronic stability control, and airbags everywhere you look.
