The 2010 Mercedes-Benz S-Class is a full-size, five-passenger luxury sedan that sets the bar for this category. The levels of luxury mixed with advanced technology are continually being pushed higher. New for 2010 is the addition of the S400 Hybrid which utilizes a 3.5L V6 engine and an electric motor to achieve 26 mpg on the highway, a good number for a car this size. The S550 is powered by a 382 hp 5.5L V8 and is available with RWD or AWD. The S600 features a twin-turbocharged 510 hp 5.5L V12 engine. There are two sporty AMG versions as well, the S63 which houses a 518 hp 6.2L V8 and the S65 which is home to a 604 hp 6.0L twin-turbocharged V12.
