Sold in CX, CXL and CXS trim levels, the 2011 Buick LaCrosse sedan has become a successful launch for the premium General Motors brand offering quality as well as choice. Standard on the 2011 LaCrosse CX is air conditioning with air filtration system, a 7-speaker sound system with XM satellite radio along with power lock and windows. On the 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL, an option between front-wheel and all-drive wheel is presented alongside an expanded list of standard features. Power, heated outside mirrors, dual-zone climate control and remote starter is added to the 2011 LaCrosse CXL. Existing as a major change, the 3-liter V-6 engine has been discontinued on the 2011 Buick LaCrosse promoting General Motor's 182 horsepower 2.4 liter Ecotec engine to the CX and CXL FWD models. On the CXL AWD and CXS trim versions of the 2011 Buick LaCrosse, a 3.6 liter V-6 generating 280 horsepower is employed. A luxury package including leather seating is added to the LaCrosse CXS as well as an 11-speaker Harman/pardon 384-watt sound system. Electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes and 6 airbags are included as standard safety features on all 2011 Buick LaCrosse models.
