2011 Mercury Grand Marquis Values
With production of Mercury brand vehicles concluding late 2010, the 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis will experience a shortened model year. Unchanged from the previous year's model, the Grand Marquis remains the embodiment of classic, full-sized American sedans propelled by a 4.6 liter V-8 engine attached to a rear-wheel drivetrain. With 224 horsepower managed through a 4-speed automatic gearbox, the 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis fuel economy is rated at 16 miles per gallon city or 24 miles per gallon highway. Anti-lock braking system and traction control is standard safety equipment but electronic stability control is not available on the 2011 Grand Marquis. With drivetrain technology somewhat dated compared to other modern vehicles, the 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis continues to deliver an exceptional range of comfort. With seating for up to 6 passengers inside, the rather high-volume interior trunk space of the full-sized Mercury sedan is a mammoth 20.6 cubic feet. Standard convenience equipment on all 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis sedans includes an AM/FM stereo with CD player, leather upholstery, cruise control, power windows and remote keyless entry.Read more Read less
For 2011, the Grand Marquis is relatively only changed, but receives power-adjustable pedals as standard equipment.
Comfortable and powerful ride; enormous trunk; cavernous interior that seats six
The Mercury Grand Marquis is a classic large car design. It is rear-wheel drive, features a large trunk of 20.6 cubic feet and seats six via front and rear bench seats. Durability is the key value here--a venerable design, the Grand Marquis is built on a platform on which Ford builds the Police Interceptor and the LINCOLN Town Car. The model's standard 4.6L V8 has been a long-time powerplant in the Ford/Mercury fleet for many years, and makes 224 horsepower and 24 mpg on the highway.
