XM satellite radio, rearview camera, Universal Home Remote and a selection of 20-inch aluminum wheels are available with the 2012 GMC full-sized pickup truck. Powerplants choices for the 2012 Sierra starts 4.3 liter V-6 before upgrading to one of three Vortec V-8 engines.
