2013 model year changes View changes +

The LR2 gets a minor redesign for 2013. The biggest mechanical change is a new, redesigned engine. Displacing 2.0 liters, the new 4-cylinder is turbocharged, increasing both power output and fuel economy over the engine it replaces. The LR2 also gets a mildly updated exterior with a new grille and LED taillights. Inside, the changes are more substantial, with a large 7-inch touch screen being the most noticeable part of the redesigned dash board.

The 2013 Land Rover LR2 has a little more off-road capability and ruggedness than are commonly found in most other compact crossovers, this being one of its most appealing attributes. It's also quite maneuverable and easy to park, thanks to its compact size. Other reasons for picking the LR2 include its distinctive, boxy exterior, passenger- and cargo-friendly interior as well as an extensive set of luxury features. Terrain Response and the host of electronic safety, traction and off-road aids make it a rugged, safe choice for any roads, trails or weather there may be.
