A considerably larger 2016 INFINITI QX50 features a 3.2-inch longer wheelbase resulting in noticeable gains made with rear passenger room and overall passenger space. Heated seats and power moonroof are standard on all 2016 QX50 added an extra level of extravagance to compete in the premium crossover market. The flagship sport utility vehicle in the 2016 INFINITI line, the QX80, will offer a limited-run Signature Edition model. Consisting of just 1,000 vehicles for 2016, the INFINITI QX80 Signature Edition features a Saddle Tan high-contrast interior appearance as well as special bodyside moldings and chrome mirror caps. 2016 QX80 Signature Edition includes the Split Bench and Driver Assistance packages. A major addition to the car line-up for INFINITI for 2016 is the Q50's new 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. For 2016, INFINITI has temporarily dropped two models. The entry-level INFINITI Q40 sedan concluded production following the 2015 model year while the Q60 two-door coupe and convertible are also unavailable for 2016. INFINITI will release an all-new premium compact called the Q30 during the summer of 2016. The arrival of a redesigned 2017 model year INFINITI Q60 is planned for later in the 2016 calendar year.
