Privacy Policies

NADAguides.com collects various user information depending on what area of our Website the user is visiting. For example if a user wants to purchase a guidebook we will collect their name, mailing address, credit card information, etc. However, if the user just wants to look up a vehicle price, we collect the user's ZIP code (only for demographic purposes). No personal identifiable information is collected. Additionally, we have a voluntary customer survey which collects demographic information from the user. We have broken down our site into 6 different sections which collect various user information; and created 6 unique privacy policies which explain what information is collected within each section. Each of the 6 policies are listed below.

Information Practices for Children

We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13. If in the future we choose to collect personal information from children, we will comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

In the event of a merger with another company or NADAguides entering bankruptcy, this entire privacy policy will remain in force with regard to the customer’s proprietary information.

NADAguides is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. NADAguides collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
