An Indiana-based recreational vehicle builder, Franklin entered the marketplace in 1945 producing travel trailers. In addition to a travel trailer business, Franklin would go to build fifth wheel trailers ranging up to 45 feet, park models, Class C motorhomes and truck campers. After a seven-decade corporation production history, Franklin closed after the 2008 model year.
