Attached to fifth wheel and travel trailers, Thor Industries began using the Park Avenue name in 1997. Park Avenue by Thor fifth wheel trailers ranged in lengths from 28 to 38 feet with up to two slide-out sections allowing for additional interior space at the campground. 34-foot travel trailers were constructed by Park Avenue by Thor for only the 1997 model year. After a brief production run, Park Avenue by Thor disappeared from the recreational product marketplace following the 1998 model year.

Fifth Avenue models include same equipment in addition to fiberglass caps, electric jack and spare tire carrier. No longer producing Park Avenue line.
