A builder of fifth wheel trailers, Fifth Avenue operated under the Dutchmen company from 2000 to 2002 after previously being connected to the Thor Industries name. Self-contained units ranging from 28 to 38 feet in length, products of Fifth Avenue featured up to three slide-out sections that would greatly expand interior space at the campground. Constructed through three production years, Fifth Avenue trailers were well-equipped coming with standard microwave and air conditioning.

No longer producing this line after 2002.
