Spawned as an extension from the Steury Boat Company, a range of camping trailers wearing the Steury name was introduced in 1966. Spanning 10.5 to 19.5 feet in length, the pop-up camping trailers are easily towed for weekend vacationing involving up to eight people. Steury travel trailers and truck campers were also manufactured during the first half of the 1970s. The Steury name disappeared promptly from the recreational product market in 1979 when the company was sold.
